Overview

We process personal data only as necessary to operate this website and to respond to enquiries you send us. We do not use advertising cookies, and by default we do not run third-party analytics or profiling.

Accessing the website (server logs)

When you visit the site, our hosting and content-delivery provider automatically processes technical data your browser transmits — including your IP address, the requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system type, and the time of the request — to deliver the site reliably and securely and to defend against attacks.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, stable service). Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes and then deleted. Where a provider processes data on our behalf, a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place; any transfer to a third country is safeguarded under the EU standard contractual clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Contact form & email

When you submit the contact form (or write to us by email), we process the data you provide — name, email, company, your selected segment and your message — together with technical metadata such as the originating page and any campaign parameters, in order to handle your enquiry and route it to the right person.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding). We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to process your request and to meet statutory retention obligations.

We use only technically necessary cookies required for the site to function; these do not require consent. Any optional cookies (for example analytics) are set only after you actively agree via our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
